Most orders are usually processed within 7-10 working days. Platinum orders will generally be made to order so would take 4-6 weeks. We will advise you if we expect this to be any different. However if your purchase is urgent please let us know and we will do our best to meet your requirements.4. How will my order be posted?
All UK orders are sent by Special Delivery and will require a signature on receipt. The cost of delivery is £5.00. European orders are sent by International Delivery and will also require a signature. The cost of delivery is £7.50. Orders sent to the United States, Australia and Canada will be sent by Airsure, allowing door-to-door tracking. The cost of delivery is £10.00.5. How do I know when my order has been received?
Upon receipt of an order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email as it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date and should be quoted on all correspondence with us.6. Can orders be delivered to a different address to my own?
No, if it is your first order we can only deliver to the cardholders address. This is to protect our customers against fraud. If you require delivery to an address other than you own and this is not your first Skye Jewellery order please contact +44 (0)1471 820 027 to speak to one of our friendly staff. The Vat is calculated based upon the final posting destination. The final cost is not shown online as it only effects certain countries. We will advise you of the final cost within our email confirmation of your order.8. How can I return or exchange an unwanted item?
If you are not completely happy with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days. As long as the goods are in perfect condition, a full refund less postage will be credited by the payment method used by the purchaser. Please return items to:Skye Jewellery

9. How do I get an item repaired?

10. What is oxidizing?
Oxidizing is a chemical process which creates a charcoal grey background to polished silver designs.11. Can I have any stone?
A wide variety of stones are available so we can accommodate most needs. Please contact us for any queries.12. Do you supply coloured diamonds?
