Delivery:
Please inform us if your purchase is to be delivered by a
specific date. Generally silver and 9ct gold items will take 1-2
weeks; anything else is made to order and may take 4-6 weeks. If your
purchase is urgent let us know and we will endeavour to meet your
requirements. |

Postage:
All UK orders are sent by Special Delivery and will
require a signature. The cost of delivery is £7.00. European orders are sent by International Delivery and will also require a signature. The cost of delivery is £9.50. Orders sent to the United States, Australia and Canada will be sent by Airsure, allowing door-to-door tracking. The cost of delivery is £10.00.

Payment:
We accept all major credit cards (see
order form). Cheques are to be made payable to ‘Skye Jewellery Ltd’. Please be
advised there is a two week cheque clearance delay. The full cost will be
taken at the time of order. |

Refunds:
Should you not be completely satisfied with your
purchase, you may return it within 2 weeks of delivery. As long as the item is returned as new, a full refund (less postage) will be credited by
the payment method used by the purchaser. |
